CANYON at Ascaya

This project was completed during my time at Blue Heron. My responsibilities included supporting the early design phase, assisting with site development, and producing construction documents under the supervision of a licensed architect. The visual renderings presented here were created by Blue Heron’s Visualization Team and are used solely for reference purposes, in accordance with client rights and non-disclosure agreements.
Las Vegas is evolving beyond its reputation as just a vacation spot for thrill-seekers, emerging as a premier luxury home market. Developers and architects are catering to this trend by investing in new luxury communities. One such development is The Canyon at Ascaya, a collection of upscale residences located in Henderson, Nevada, just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip. The Canyon will offer various wellness amenities, such as yoga decks, meditation spaces, cold plunges, pools, spas, and outdoor communal kitchens. Ascaya’s community features include a 23,000-square-foot Clubhouse, a pool with views of the Strip, private cabanas, tennis and pickleball courts, and a Family Park.
The Canyon is setting a new standard for resort-style living in Las Vegas, blending the tranquility of desert living with modern luxury. Ascaya, spanning 670 acres, offers hiking trails, native flora, and opportunities for outdoor activities like rock climbing and biking. The community promotes community engagement, fitness, wellness, and adventure, all while being conveniently located near top entertainment venues. The construction of The Canyon at Ascaya is currently underway, with an expected completion date in 2026.
